Pool update

The HOA has engaged an attorney to create a hold harmless agreement. We have received a draft and and are now awaiting a final copy. All those homeowners wishing to use the pool this year will need to sign a hold harmless agreement prior to your pool fob being activated. We will post on this site when the hold harmless agreement is available to be signed. As always, the dues for the 2020 -2021 fiscal year must be paid in full before any fob is activated.

Update

Today, May 18, is the first official day that pools could be open with restrictions.  The Board, property management company, and pool company have been in communication on how, if, and when to open the pool in light of the restrictions. We hope to have a resolution soon!

Pool Opening POTENTIALLY DELAYED due to COVID-19

 

Due to the current Coronavirus situation, the pool opening may be delayed. As of today, DHEC will not allow the HOA to open the pool. Opening information will be posted on this site when information is available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Annual HOA Meeting in POSTPONED

 

Annual HOA Meeting scheduled for April 23, 2020 is postponed.

 

Although notices had not been mailed, the Library had been reserved for April 23 at 6:30 for our annual HOA meeting. Due to the current corona virus crisis, the Library is closed and has canceled all meetings through at least mid June.

 

We will have an annual meeting at some point. The board is not in a position to set a date and time until we see how the crisis progresses. Notices will be mailed well in advance of the meeting to give you time to make arrangements to attend. Thank you for your understanding during this time. Be well.

Annual HOA Dues

The 2019-2020 annual HOA dues of $365.00 are due on or before May 1st, 2019. Beginning June 1st, 2019, all unpaid accounts will incur a $25.00 monthly late fee until account is paid in full (including late fees). This late fee is part of the Country View ByLaws (Article 9) and will be enforced with NO EXCEPTIONS in fairness to all timely paying Country View Residents...

Annual HOA Meeting in April

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the upcoming 2019 Country View HOA Annual Meeting. This year's meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 23rd at the Taylors-Burdette Branch of the Greenville Library.

It's important that we establish a quorum, either in person or by proxy. Therefore, if you are unable to attend on April 23rd, we ask that you complete the proxy documentation (see below) authorizing a Board Member, or a representative, to vote on Association issues, in your absence...
