Annual HOA Meeting in April

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the upcoming 2019 Country View HOA Annual Meeting. This year's meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 23rd at:

 

Taylors-Burdette Branch of the Greenville Library

Taylors, South Carolina 29687

 

It's important that we establish a quorum, either in person or by proxy. Therefore, if you are unable to attend on April 23rd, we ask that you complete the proxy documentation (see below) authorizing a Board Member, or a representative, to vote on Association issues, in your absence. Proxies may be emailed or sent by regular mail, and they must be received by the management, no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, April 22nd, 2019.

 

The Agenda for this meeting will include a review of the 2018-2019 financial reports, a proposed budget for 2019-2020, election of the Board of Directors and general discussion in which all community members may participate. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors this coming year, please complete and return the Nomination Form PRIOR to the meeting. All new individuals nominated for office must be present at the Annual Meeting to be considered for office.
