Annual HOA Dues

The 2022-2023 annual HOA dues of $400.00 are due on or before May 1st, 2022. Beginning June 1st, all unpaid accounts will incur a $25.00 monthly late fee until account is paid in full (including late fees). This late fee is part of the Country View Bylaws (Article 9) and will be enforced with NO EXCEPTIONS in fairness to all timely paying Country View Residents.

 

Past due accounts will not have access to the swimming pool.

 

Even though late fees do not apply until June 1st, your pool fob WILL NOT be activated until payment is received. Do allow a few days for the mail to be received, posted to your account, and your pool fob to be activated.
